AGUADA BEACH Also call Sinquerim Beach :



Location : Seven kilometers north of Panjim, in the Bardez taluka.

Pause amidst the pleasures of the Aguada beach to absorb its history. The golden strip of sand washed by the warm waters of the Arabian Sea will leave you spellbound as you gaze at the Aguada Fort. Built by the Portuguese in the 17th century, it still stands guard at the mouth of the River Mandovi, warding off an unseen enemy. Merge with its spirit, or indulge yourself in the luxury of the world class Taj Group of hotels. Or give in to the temptation of the sun kissed sea.

In the Sinquerim and Aguada part :
Many beach shacks full of packed tourists during peak season ( December to Mars )!!! that charge 50 RS for sun bed like in Baga.
5 star pleasures, and water sports, also avalaible full of vendors of everything, many tourist police, and besides all the things that goes with tourists....

Hotels and Restaurants:
 The Taj Group of hotels, Hotel Coqueiral, Alexandra. The Banyan Tree Restaurant, Bob's Inn, Coconut Inn, and many mores.

Recommandation: head a little bit north to Candolim for tranquility.
