Vasco is fortunate to have a beach within its city limits. At Sada, you can experience the pleasure of a private seafront. You can even relate it to the thrill of being marooned on an island-its so quiet and clean.
Getting there: Frequent bus services from Panjim, also the ferry boat service from Dona Paula to Mormugao harbour - in service during the months of September through to May, and closed only during the monsoons. This trip tends to get rough and so is recommended only for those with a stout heart and an even stouter stomach.
